Where do I start? Let's begin with my not knowing where to start.
I have an idea that intrigues me. I think it will also intrigue others - at least some of them. It will take a while to find the words to outline it. For now, let me simply say that it has to do with the general question of what to do next.
That sounds quite specific to this moment in time, but it is actually a hint about the real problem, which has been called "the problem of existence" in philosophy. As such, it is likely not something with which most people are familiar - not as a subject of thought. That they are familiar with it as a fact is beyond question. (One can be intimately familiar with bacteria while at same time having no such concept and therefore no formal knowledge of their existence.)
Meanwhile, let's go forward from a very practical point of view: part of what we must do in life is eat. That involves choice, if we are fortunate, and I am.
I have been developing a powerful computer program that anyone can use to assist in making intelligent food choices, especially with regard to plant-based protein sources. My emphasis is protein because this is a real problem for certain classes of people, and I happen to be in at least two of those classes. Many other people I know are in at least one of these classes. It is quite apparent to me that seriously inadequate attention is being given to this problem, and I personally do not want to engage in this kind of self-neglect.
I will make more sense of this at this on the first page of this section of my website: NutriMagnus - for intelligent eating. Let's go there now...
(You will note that I have a website section devoted to Recipes. That has to do with what you after you have decided what you want to eat. They are two separate but related matters.)
